Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all source code, designs, and materials developed by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which ownership is transferred to the client.
SmartGen Softech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
